These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Daddywin platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing Daddywin, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Daddywin is strictly for players aged 21 and above. All accounts are subject to identity verification. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately suspended and any balances forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one active Daddywin account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of outstanding balances.
All bonuses and promotions carry specific wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Funds that have not met the applicable rollover threshold are not eligible for withdrawal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Daddywin will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to secure your credentials.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "You") and Daddywin ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Daddywin online casino and sports betting platform accessible at daddywin.cam and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

Daddywin reserves the absolute right to request proof of age at any stage and to suspend or permanently close any account where the Member cannot satisfactorily demonstrate eligibility. Any winings acrued by an ineligible Member may be voided and forfeited.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the Daddywin Platform. The maintenance of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of this Agreement.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Daddywin strongly recommends enabling all available two-factor authentication options. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as authorised by you unless you have reported a compromise to our support team without delay.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Daddywin reserves the right to close any account without prior notice where there is evidence of a breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
Daddywin operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gambling practices. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.

Daddywin reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and withold balances pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Members who refuse or fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period may have their accounts permanently closed.
All financial transactions on the Daddywin Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:
Daddywin does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. The name registered on your payment method must match the name on your Daddywin account. Deposits that cannot be attributed to the registered account holder may be returned, subject to applicable processing fees, and the account suspended pending investigation.
Minimum deposit amounts are as stated on the Platform's Deposit page and may be updated from time to time. Daddywin does not impose deposit fees, though your financial institution or payment provider may charge their own applicable fees.
Daddywin reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit at its sole discretion where it suspects the transaction may be linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into the Member's account, or to verified bank accounts registered in the Member's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Daddywin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts that exceed standard thresholds or where irregular account activity has been detected.
Daddywin may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives ("Promotions") to new and existing Members. All Promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
Daddywin actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to fulfil wagering requirements, placing low-risk or hedged bets that do not reflect normal gaming behaviour, and collusion with other Members. Where abuse is detected, Daddywin reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel winings, and close the Member's account permanently.
Daddywin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice. The withdrawal of a Promotion will not affect any bonus funds already credited to a Member's account.
All bets placed on the Daddywin Platform — whether on sports markets including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other events, or on casino games — are subject to the specific game or event rules displayed at the time of placing the wager.
Daddywin reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including where the Platform suspects the bet has been placed in breach of these Terms or following a manifest error in the published odds.
In the event of a manifest error in the odds, handicap, or other market parameter — whether due to a human error or technical fault — Daddywin reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to Members. Daddywin will not be obligated to honour bets placed at clearly erroneous prices.
Bets will only be accepted where your account holds sufficient cleared funds to cover the full stake. Daddywin does not extend credit to Members.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Daddywin Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
Where prohibited conduct is detected, Daddywin may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the Member's account; void all open and settled bets; freeze and/or forfeit the account balance; and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All content on the Daddywin Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, game software, graphics, text, and data — is the exclusive property of Daddywin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes. This licence does not permit copying, reproduction, republication, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written consent from Daddywin.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Daddywin's total liability to any Member in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Daddywin shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of data, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.
Daddywin does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect Platform availability. Daddywin will not be liable for losses arising from periods of Platform unavailability, connectivity issues, or third-party payment processing delays.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation on the part of Daddywin.
Daddywin reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to active Members via the email address registered to their account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is stated at the top of this page. We recommend that Members review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Daddywin holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
Prior to escalating any dispute to formal proceedings, Members are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance. Our team will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute.
